Alumni E-Mail Account Request Form

We are pleased to offer all LFA Alumni free web-based @alumni.lfanet.org email accounts, powered by Google.  Alumni will also have access to many other services in the Google Apps suite, such as Calendar, Contacts, and Drive.

Before completing this request, please ensure you're prepared for and agree with the following...

• If you plan on saving data from an old @students.lfanet.org account, please make those copies before filling out this form.  The LFA IT Department assumes you have all necessary data in your possession prior to this request.  Your @students account and all data will be deleted upon the creation of a @alumni account.  Google Takeout is available for to make backup copies, if desired.

• E-mails received to old @students.lfanet.org addresses will be forwarded to new @alumni.lfanet.org accounts until January 31st, 2017.

• Account seekers will need to agree to Google Apps Acceptable Use Policy.

• For security reasons, the IT Department requires that Google's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) be activated on all LFA Google Apps accounts.  Alumni will have a 45-day grace period to activate.  Instructions on how to do that can be found here.
